For the first time in France, this podcast gives the floor to a former Israeli hostage in a long-form, complete, and unprecedented testimony.
On October 7, 2023, Moran Stela Yanaï was kidnapped by Hamas during the Nova festival in southern Israel. Beaten, injured, and forcibly taken to Gaza, she was held captive for 54 days.
In this second part, Moran Stela recounts those 54 days of captivity in Gaza : the detention conditions, hunger, constant fear, psychological violence, isolation, as well as the survival mechanisms she put in place to endure. A rare testimony about the aftermath of an abduction, about what it means to be held hostage on a daily basis by a terrorist group, told with unfiltered precision and honesty, in a format never before offered like this in France.
This testimony is part of a broader commitment to documenting History through long, human, and contextualized stories, far from short clips and oversimplified narratives.
