Hi everyone! In this we are joined by my dad and Aleš and we have pulled out the engine out of Opel Manta A. In this video we also have a little B-roll that was a small project of me and Lea, hopefully this will elevate the overall quality of videos.
Now to the technical stuff - the engine is a CIH (cam-in-head) Opel engine with 1.6l displacement and about 68 PS (Horsepower). The engine came out with the Getrag 4 speed manual transmission and the driveshaft was separated. We also made a DIY engine trolley out of old metal window frame and 4 wheels with maximum load capacity of 125kg each (more than enough). We are getting closer to body work, just a few more things are left to be done before we tackle metal repairs.
