Hight Protein Powder - 2 TBS (watch my previous video for the recipe)
Sunflower Seeds - 1 tsp
Flax Seeds - 1 tsp
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tsp
Chia Seeds - 2 tsp (soaked in water)
Oats - 4 TBS
Ghee - 1 tsp
Peanut Butter - 2 TBS
Banana - 2-4 TBS (Chopped)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Jaggery Powder - 1 TBS, or as required (optional)
Water - 1/2 + 1/2 glass
