Some of these garages are a little confusing. This is Parking Garage #3, an employee garage. I'm pretty sure it is the East 89th St Garage. However, some Cleveland Clinic maps label this as the East 90th St Garage, which is the supposed to be Parking Garage #4, a smaller but public garage attached to the Surgery Center. The elevators in this garage are labeled "MM" and a few pages label this garage as MM. However, most Cleveland Clinic maps label this garage as "QQ", so I'm not really sure which is accurate. These are typical Cleveland Clinic Gen2 elevators seen all around the campus. A few of the other garages on the campus have identical elevators. Some of these could have easily been made scenic.
