Описание: The 2nd Combat Engineer Regiment has recommenced training as COVID-19 restrictions begin to ease. An initial activity was the construction of their Dry Support Bridge (DSB), which can support loads of over 120 tonnes and spans up to 49 metres, allowing elements of the 7th Combat Brigade to cross rivers, creeks and ditches. The DSB also offers temporary infrastructure to areas affected by natural disasters, thus proving itself to be a vital asset in the Australian Defence Force's range of support measures available for humanitarian aid and disaster relief operations.
