Printful Tees Review: Comparing 3 T-Shirt Brands and DTG (Direct to Garment) Print Quality

Описание: I'm releasing a kids tee collection soon using Printful Print on Demand platform! In this video I'm going to compare the print quality and material of 3 tee I sampled that were printed with my original watercolor designs, and share what happened after I wash and dry the tees.

I'll be comparing the printing quality on 3 brands of POD tees: Bella + Canvas 3001T, Anvil 990B (by Gildan), and American Apparel 2105W (also acquired by Gildan).

I have sampled other Print on Demand services, and you can easily find those videos on YouTube on those options vs Printful. Overall from my experience and from the consensus of other review videos, Printful seems to offer the best print quality on their tees. The trade off is that their price point is on the high end, so I'm fully aware I am trading price for reliability and quality which are important to me. If you do choose Printful as your service, please remember to price your items reasonably so that you are actually making a profit.

I highly recommend that you order samples first to make sure the final product that your customers will receive meets your expectations.

Printful integrates with ecommerce stores like Shopify (what we use), Etsy, Amazon, Squarespace, and many others, and the integration process is pretty straightforward. You can create the product listing in Printful, then upon approval it will push the listing to Shopify or your ecommerce of choice.

*May 2020 update: In the video I mentioned that Printful only took 7 days to print and ship my samples. That has changed since then and their current turnaround is about 20 business days, due to the safety measures put in place for Covid-19 and perhaps the increase in demand for their services.
