Описание: ♨️Recipe: Fada Lapsi
✅ Ingredients:
•1 cup daliya / fadela lapsi / broken wheat
•3/4 cup sugar
•3 cup hot water
•2 tbsp almond flakes
•2 tbsp cashew ( chopped)
•2 tbsp kishmish (whole)
•2 tbsp pistachio flakes
•1/2 tsp cardamom powder
•1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
•1/4 cup kesar syrup / water
•Pinch saffron colour

✅ Method:
1. Take a cooker , add ghee into it and roast cinnamon, cardamom, cashew , almond and pistachio pieces together.
2. Roast the lapsi into it properly.
3.Add 3 cup water and wait for 3 whistles.
4. Open the lid and add sugar, kishmis, nutmeg , cardamom powder and saffron syrup and saute it well.
5. Lastly add ghee and saffron colour to it and mix it well. Decorate it with dry fruits as shown in the video.
