🧺 INGREDIENTS
Shark Fish-1/2kg
Coconut Oil -3tbsp
Coconut-1/2 cup
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Fenugreek seeds-less than 1/4tsp
Green chilli-3
Garlic -5 cloves
Ginger -1 Inch Piece
Small Onion-7
Tamarind Water- 1/2 cup
Water-1/2cup
Salt-
Curryl eaves
Method
Dry-roast coconut with coriander seeds and dried chilies until golden, then let it cool and grind into a smooth paste. Sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies in hot oil until fragrant and golden, add tamarind water and salt, and bring to a boil. Gently place the fish into the simmering gravy and cook covered. After 5 minutes, stir in the roasted coconut paste and let it simmer again for a few more minutes. Finish with a tempering of small onions, cover briefly to let the flavors blend, and serve hot.
