F-16's Refueling Over Poland

F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 510th Fighter Squadron and a KC-135R Stratotanker from the 100th Air Refueling Wing, from RAF Mildenhall, England deployed to Krzesiny Air Base, Poland, in support of Aviation Detachment rotation 17-3, exercise BALTOPS and exercise Saber Strike. BALTOPS is an annually recurring multinational exercise designed to enhance flexibility and interoperability, as well as demonstrate resolve of allied and partner forces to defend the Baltic region. Participating nations include Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
