炒果角自己在家做,实在太香了,锅气十足,焦香入味,非常的Q弹好吃
粿角材料:200克 剩饭、300毫升清水、100克 粘米粉、80克玉米粉、1茶勺盐、150毫升清水
其他材料:2勺甜菜脯、1把虾米,4瓣蒜、2个蛋、1把豆芽、1把青葱、1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、半勺胡椒粉
1. 把粿角切小塊。
2. 热锅热油,爆香菜脯虾米蒜取出备用
3.再把粿角下锅煎至焦香
4.加入黑醬油、醬油,&炒好的菜脯
5. 再打入鸡蛋,翻炒均匀
6.加入豆芽、青葱快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
