This gentle grounding practice uses the 5-4-3-2-1 method to help bring your awareness back into your body and into the safety of the present moment.
You will be softly guided to notice what you can see, feel, hear, smell, and taste. There is no rush and no pressure to do this perfectly. Simply listening is enough.
This grounding technique may be helpful if you are:
Feeling anxious or panicked
Overwhelmed by racing thoughts
Dissociating or feeling disconnected
Needing a quick, gentle reset during the day
You can use this practice anywhere. Sitting, standing, or lying down. Eyes open or closed. Let it meet you exactly where you are.
