This is my audiodiary account of our 9-day wilderness backpacking trip to the Spectrum Range: Little Ball Lake to Mowdade Lake (August 2020)

Note a correction to the video: The telegraph line that we saw was a remnant of the Yukon Telegraph line, not the earlier Russia-America telegraph line which never got further than Quesnel. The Yukon Telegraph line provided a communications link as far north as Dawson City and operated from 1901 until 1936.
