BLT's design team has introduced "gradient minimal surface" structures and launched four additively manufactured cold plates. These pure copper plates are printed using the BLT-S210 machine with a 20μm layer thickness, sized at 50mm x 50mm x 7mm for compact installations. The curved surfaces improve heat dissipation uniformity and exchange efficiency while optimizing stress distribution. Combined with green laser technology, it ensures high density and thermal conductivity, offering an efficient cooling solution for chips.
