Props In a Minute: Prop 29 requires a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant to be on-site during dialysis treatments. It also prohibits clinics from refusing patients based on their source of payment and requires clinics to inform patients if doctors have any significant ownership interest in a dialysis clinic.
A YES vote sets staffing requirements at dialysis clinics.
A NO vote does not.
