Cod Fillet Made EASY Even for Beginners. In this video, we'll show you how to make a delicious cod fillet recipe that is quick, easy, and perfect for busy weeknights.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs fresh cod cut into 4 fillets
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
15 pieces cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp white wine
¼ cup basil leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by patting the cod fillets dry with paper towels to ensure even cooking and avoid excess moisture. Generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, adding olive oil once hot. Gently place the cod fillets in the pan, ensuring they aren't overcrowded. Cook each side for about 4 minutes until they are golden brown and easily flake with a fork. Once done, remove the fillets and set them aside.
3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Stir in cherry tomatoes and ground coriander, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
4. Pour in the white wine, stirring as you bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Add basil leaves and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Return the cooked cod fillets to the pan, spooning the sauce over them. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs like parsley or dill, if desired.
