去年（2025年）育苗特别晚，都到了4月才开始操作。主要也是因为刚搬家，种菜这件事是最后才有时间处理。
今年（2026年），过了元旦，就开始准备各种种子，之前的视频也盘点了一月、二月和三月要育苗的蔬果、花卉。

一月份育苗的，主要以香料为主，外加草莓。
香料类作物，即便室外温度过低，也可以在厨房防止数周到数月。可以提前育苗。
1 香菜
选用了两个不同种子，分别是2025年育苗时使用的德国香菜种子，以及中国香菜种子。德国种子比较大，需要自己捏开种子；中国香菜种子较小，但是绝大多数都是已捏开的状态。
2 罗勒/鼠尾草/迷迭香
采用的2025年圣诞盲盒中的一包种子。
3 莳萝/草莓/百里香
使用了很早之前购买的种子，不能确保活性，就是尝试一下。

所有种子都采用了湿纸巾育苗法，没有事先进行泡水或者消毒处理。
装有种子的盘子，套了一个保鲜袋，确保湿度。然后放在暖气旁静待发芽。

Last year (2025), seedling cultivation started exceptionally late, not until April. This was mainly because we had just moved in this house, and planting vegetables was something we only had time for at the very last minute.
This year (2026), after New Year's Day, I started preparing various seeds. Previous video (   • 2026年德国春播计划 / 2026 Spring Planting Plan in...

have already outlined the vegetables, fruits, and flowers to be seeded in January, February, and March.

The seedlings started in January are mainly spices, plus strawberries.
Spices can be kept in the kitchen for weeks to months even if outdoor temperatures are too low. Seedlings can be started in advance.

1. Coriander:
Two different types of seeds were used: German coriander seeds used in 2025 and Chinese coriander seeds. The German seeds are larger and need to be cracked open; the Chinese coriander seeds are smaller, but most were already cracked open.

2. Basil, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary:
Seeds were from a packet in a 2025 Christmas blind box.

3. Dill, Strawberry, Thyme:
These are seeds I bought a long time ago, so I can't guarantee their viability; I just wanted to try it out.


All seeds were propagated using the "wet paper towel method"; they weren't soaked or sterilized beforehand.
The plate containing the seeds was covered with a plastic bag to ensure humidity. Then I placed them near a heater and waited for it to germinate.
