Описание: 7-Minute Daily Routine: Improve your heart health with 5 SIMPLE exercises. These simple, easy and effective heart healthy exercises are based on Chinese Medicine and Eden Energy Medicine.

When you revitalize your heart meridian and heart chakra, you strengthen the heart and improve your heart health. These 5 heart healthy exercises send strong Qi to your heart meridian and heart chakra. Doing them regularly, preferably daily, will help you improve your heart health.

▶️ Ex.1: Massage the Neurolymphatic Points (BLs) of the Heart Meridian: Massaging the NLs clears out toxins from the meridian and sends it fresh energy.
▶️ Ex.2: Massage the HT-1, the beginning point of the Heart Meridian: This exercise supports strong Qi flowing through the meridian by clearing its entrance.
▶️ Ex.3: Massage the HT-9, the ending point of the Heart Meridian: This exercise supports strong Qi flowing through the meridian by clearing its exit.
▶️ Ex.4: Trace the Heart Meridian: Tracing the Heart Meridian revitalizes it with strong Qi.
▶️ Ex.5: Hold the heart chakra: This exercise sends fresh Qi to your Heart chakra and your heart!
