X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse Perfect Run - Brood/Tusk Stage

First up is the Brood stage in which I recommend Wolverine since he is the shortest, and thus is most able to hit the stupid bugs! The bugs have a nasty habit of jumping at the player, so try to preempt them before it becomes a problem.

The boss of the area is Brood Queen. The main obstacle here is her poking arm (and she loves to poke). Of course, that arm is useless against Cyclops or Gambit, but they are less suited to the stage itself (which I deem the harder part). After the arm is down, the queen is relatively open to attack. However, the flying Brood will still keep spawning. It's important to note that their is a set pattern to how they spawn. Two will spawn near the queen's head, and then two will spawn below the head. I found the best opportunity to attack the queen is to do so while shredding the two lower brood.

Second up is Tusk's stage. However, stage might be a bit of misgnomer since all that separates the player and the boss is a small corridor. Tusk, himself, is actually quite an interesting boss battle. The battle arena has three obstacles that can be used either against the player or Tusk. First, there is a platform in the middle that will slam down occasionally. This will hurt the player, but will also stun Tusk if it hits him. Second, there is a conveyor belt that will move the player and Tusk about. Finally, there is lava on either side of the arena which can be either very useful or very dangerous. Try to position yourself so you can knock Tusk into the lava. Also, Tusk will occasionally summon Tuskettes to fight you (he'll do it a lot if you are on the second level), so try to deal with them promptly.
