Delhi Sealing Drive: DDA Clears Proposals To Pacify Traders

Описание: The Delhi Development Authority or DDA on Friday cleared three proposals to provide relief to traders from the ongoing sealing drive. The authority increased the floor area ratio or FAR from 180 to 300 for shop-cum-residential plots. Penalty amount for non-payment of conversion charges was reduced to two times from the present 10 times. Godowns will now to be regular on 12-meter roads. The decisions were taken in a meeting between DDA members and Lt Governor Anil Baijal at LG secretariat. (Audio in Hindi),
