2 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CAKE 🍫🥕

Not the worst thing I’ve eaten but for the calories this doesn’t make the cut.

👨🍳 Ingredients, 1 small circular cake
✅ Dark chocolate – 85g, 3 oz, melted
✅ Cooked carrots – 400g, 14 oz, very soft
👉 Method
1️⃣ Steam or boil carrots until extremely soft. If they’re not falling apart, you’re not ready.
2️⃣ Melt chocolate gently until smooth and glossy.
3️⃣ Blend carrots and chocolate until completely silky. No lumps.
4️⃣ Press into a lined small cake tin.
5️⃣ Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until firm. Serve cold.
