THE HILL is a raw, feverish transmission from the edge of the abyss. This is not a polished studio production; it is a spontaneous ritual captured in a single session, that also acts as a tribute to the origins of the darkwave and post-punk movements. The imperfections, the irregular phrasing, the weirdness, the raw sparks of a voice unfiltered... are the medium for a soul seeking to burn within the "belligerent rings of darkness" of a magical desire.

This poem was unearthed from a 15-year-old shadow, included in "Poemas desde Guardabruma" https://amzn.eu/d/0jhbpza6 (Óscar Gartei, 2023). Originally written in Spanish, it has been summoned into the present to explore a desire that destroys you slowly as a curse.

THE RITUAL: On a blue-stained, somber hill, a stalking wolf approaches an unseen longing and falls victim of a force stronger than he was expecting. This recording is the "acoustic ash" mentioned in the verses: a human artifact that refuses the flat, hollow perfection of the modern world, and choses to live inside a delirium.
