For the sabudana chaat masala
½ “ cinnamon stick / dalchini
3-4 cloves/ laung
1 small bay leaf/ Tej patta
½ tsp black pepper/ kali mirch
1 tbsp fennel seeds/ saunf
1 tbsp coriander seeds/ dhania
1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera

For Assembling you can add
½ cup boiled potatoes
¼ cup fried peanuts
1 big green chilli
1.4 tsp black salt
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
11/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sabudana chaat masala
2 tbsp pomegranate pearls
¼ cup fried aloo lachha
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
