Meal Prep || Getting it Done! || Large Family Vlog

Описание: Today we are getting some large family meal prep done! Even a little bit of meal prep helps in a big way! We got some chicken cooked and shredded ready to go for different meals throughout the week, 3 loaves of bread and dinner cooked all during nap time!

Banana Bread Recipe - 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 T oil (I use coconut oil) , 1 cup mashed banana, 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix well. Turn batter into a bread pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.

Lemon Bread Recipe - 6T butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs beaten, 1/2 cup milk, rind of 1 lemon grated, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup nuts chopped
Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs, milk and lemon zest. In separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture to flour mixture, fold in nuts. Pour into a greased bread dish and bake for 350 for 1 hour.
