If you own a Digital copy of the game, you should be able to access it right on the "ready to install" section of My games and apps. If you have a physical copy of the disc, just pop it in the drive and install the game to your HDD. The game might require a brief update.
After it's installed you can start the game. You can also go to the store to browse DLC and click on Ready to Install to see what DLC you already own.
