The Go Devil Run or GDR as it’s sometimes called, is a vintage Jeep run dedicated to honoring those rugged individuals that first drove these Jeeps in WWII. They returned home and started the off-road hobby that so many enjoy today.
The rules are simple, you must have, as the name suggests, have a Go Devil Engine. The tires must be biased ply and smaller than 30.5” tall. There are other restrictions but mostly we want to make it difficult to tell if a black and white photograph is from now or 1950.
This video we stop at the BLU IN CAFE to fuel up, gas and groceries if needed.
We then head to check out an airplane boneyard before heading to the Iron Door Bar for some cold refreshments and pizza.
We meet a guy named Carl who invites us to camp on his property that has a little bit of a wind break (the wind blew and blew all day and night).
