We returned to a buffet spot we had almost forgotten: Spices Café at Concorde Hotel Singapore (100 Orchard Road).
For over 40 years, Concorde Hotel Singapore has been a landmark on Orchard Road.
As newer, trendier hotels opened, Concorde Hotel became less frequented by locals. This has led many to overlook its hidden gem, Spices Café, known for its great buffet spread.
