In today's video, we're making the traditional Bika Ambon with fresh palm wine. Bika Ambon used to be made with Tuak (a local traditional palm wine), but over time there has been a trend of substituting it with instant yeast. This local produce is being replaced with an industrialized product, which unfortunately
just doesn't make it taste as good.
With this video, we decided to make our own batch of delicious traditional Bika Ambon. It tasted great and we had a blast! Enjoy!
