We had a fantastic day trip to Kawau Island, we purchased tickets for Royal Mail Run Cruise to Kawau Island which included lunch on board with GrabOne Vouchers. We took the ferry from Sandspit, Auckland. We had a lovely Kawau Island walk, we were determined to find wallabies that live on the island but we didn't see any. However, it was a great bushwalk around the island. We purchased ice blocks and coffee at the cafe which is next to Mansion House. Me and Chanel did check out Mansion House which was $2 per child and $4 per adult. Damian tried to snorkel but by the time we got to the beach area the tide was out and water was murky, so he jumped off the wharf, millions of times, instead. It was a great family day, mixed up with some exercise, sunshine, and great food.
