Allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes to several hourst.  Just make sure you use the correct type of container.

Once the reaction is complete, your hydrogen-rich water is ready for consumption.  I pull the smaller tube out and flavor the water.  Malic acid has a very sour taste.
