Scuba diving with sharks Sydney

Описание: This large Grey Nurse shark was just one of 8 sharks gathering to mate off Bluefish Point this month. With a maximum depth of 16m and an average of 12m scuba divers need only be open water certified to dive with these sharks.

Grey Nurse sharks are found in Sydney all year round but numbers start to grow from November, peaking from February to May before heading north following the warm water.

The Bluefish Point dive site area is only around 40 square metres with ranging depths from 8-16m so divers can stay for extended dive times to watch these beautiful calm sharks.

Our dive time on this dive was 50min with a maximum depth of 16m, water temp was 19deg's with no current and calm seas.
