Robusta has been around for a long time and much of it produced in Vietnam. It's also been a rather unfriendly bean to the palate. However, a new generation of producers are trying to change that by cultivating Fine Robusta. Meet Lin Hua of Soul Specialty Coffee in Vietnam. Lin is giving us a taste of Fine Robusta. Is it possible that robusta coffee can be drinkable to a stalwart like myself and our friend from Taiwan?
