This is a BIG one. All eyes are on the Northeast this week as the weather pattern has completely FLIPPED from last week, with big time Winter Storms now taking aim at the eastern half of the country.

🌨️ Snow Chances will be highest across the Northeast and Mid Atlantic, with accumulating Snow even possible in parts of the Southeast.

This setup revolves around two potential waves of Winter Storms, but the timing and placement of each of these Storms is highly uncertain.

📉 Weather Models also remain all over the place. The American Model (GFS) shows a big Snow solution, while the European Model is more reserved. Because of this, bust potential is HIGH.

❄️ That said, someone in the Northeast or Mid Atlantic is likely to get hit HARD, with several inches of Snow possible. Right now, the greatest risk to get Heavy Snow appears in inland areas of the East Coast through the Appalachian mountains in West Virginia and Tennessee.

❓The highest uncertainty remains along the East Coast, where outcomes range from a BLOCKBUSTER Winter Storm to a complete NOTHING BURGER.

🌨️ Accumulating Snow is even on the table in the Southeast, including parts of Tennessee, Kentucky, and possibly northern Georgia and Alabama. Confidence is much lower here, and it is very possible some of these areas see nothing at all.

☀️ The West Coast finally gets a break this week as a ridge builds in and the firehose of moisture shifts north toward Alaska. After FEET of Snow and inches of rain, this week looks to be calm and warm.

❄️ The Upper Midwest, including Minnesota, the Dakotas, and Wisconsin, could see a few inches of Snow from weaker systems. This looks typical, not blockbuster.

🚫 Everywhere else, Snow is NOT GUNNA HAPPEN this week. Sorry, Southern Plains brotheren.
