It's a cop. And a half. Because it's a kid who is half the cop's size, age, what have you. Do you get it? Do you get the joke? Also apparently this is a sequel to a movie from the 90s that I have never heard of and doesn't appear to have any connection other than the title? Sure. Why not. Look, I genuinely promise you that the ending to this movie makes the journey worth it. Okay? But up until then, you will want to die. There's simply no getting around it.
