This is a complete guide on route, budget & lodges for Annapurna Base Camp in October month of 2023..

To be able to witness world’s 10th heighest peak an 8000m+ peak, to be able to stand in front of one of the tallest structures on Earth, it was definitely surreal and a feeling that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

About ABC
The Annapurna Base Camp(ABC) trek is located in the Annapurna Conservation Area. It is Nepal’s largest protected area covering 7,629 km2 in the Annapurna range of the Himalayas. It was established in 1985.
From the Annapurna Base Camp you have views over Annapurna I (8,091 m), Annapurna III (7,555 m), Annapurna IV (7,525 m) , Annapurna Fang (7647m) and Annapurna South (7,219 m). All of them over the 7,000 m of elevation. Machapuchare or Mt. Fishtail (6,993 m), Gandharva Chuli (6248m), Gangapurna (7455m) ,Tharpu Chuli or TentPeak (5695m) , Hiunchuli (6,441 m), are other peaks that can be appreciated from there.

Our Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary:-

21st October (Day 1) : Howrah at 3:45 pm; Mithila Express

22nd October (Day 2): Raxaul Jn at 9:00am & way to Pokhra 270km by Bus or Car & reached Pokhra by evening. _ 09hours

23 October (Day 3):Permit /Ghandruk 58kms & trek Kimrong Khola 08kms(Pokhara to kimchi jeep 1.5hrs|| Kimchi to ghandruk 01 hour|| Ghandruk to komrong 02 hours|| Kimrong to kimrong khola 02hours)

24th October (Day 4) : Trek to Upper Sinuwa 9.5kms
(Kimrong khola to chomrong 4.5hours|| Chomrong to lower sinua 1.5hours|| Lower sinua to sinua helipad 01hour|| Sinua helipad to upper sinua 30-45minutes)

25th October (Day 5) : Trek to Himalaya 9.5kms
(Upper sinua to bamboo 1.5hours|| Bamboo to Dovan 02hours|| Dovan to Dovan falls 01hours|| Falls to Himalaya 1.5hours))

26th October (Day 6): Trek to MBC 07kms (Himalaya to hinku cave 1.75hours|| Cave to deurali 0.75 hours || Deurali to MBC 4.5hours)

27th October (Day 7) : Trek to ABC 03kms (Annapurna Base Camp)
(MBC to ABC 3hours)

28th October (Day 9) : Trek down from ABC to Bamboo 15kms & 07 hours

29th October (Day 10) : Bamboo to Jhinu Danda16kms ≤ 06hours & to Pokhra by car 03Hours

30th October (Day8) : Buffer Day or pokhara explore day

31st October (Day 11) : Pokhra explore and way to raxaul 270kms & 09hrs by bus

1st November (Day 12): train from raxaul at 10:00am; Mithila exp.

2nd November (Day 13): Howrah at 4:00 am in the morning..
