I took my bike into Thousand Oaks Powersports for the 24K service (yeah… about 5K overdue 😅) and a fresh set of tires. At first, there was a hiccup — the tires hadn’t been ordered like I was told. After some scrambling, the shop came through and found a set that worked.
The service advisor mentioned they were the same brand and model as my old ones, just a bit wider… turns out they’re actually a different model altogether. But honestly, I’m just happy to be back on two wheels and riding again.
Overall, they got the service done in one day, the bike feels great, and I even took it for a sunset spin down PCH. Not a perfect experience, but a solid one — and I’d recommend the shop.
