RED LENTIL CURRY:
ingredients:
Red lentils: 1½ cup
Pumpkin cubes: 6
Potato cubes: 6
Onion chopped: 1 cup
Tomato chopped: 1 cup
Ginger and garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Dry lemon: 1
Whole garlic: 1
Green chilli: 1
Fresh coriander leaves chopped: ¼ cup
Tomato paste: 1 packet 100 grams
Cooking oil: ¼ cup
Mix spices powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1½ tsp
Boiled water: 1½ liter
