Ingredients of Easy vegetable Poha Recipe:
100 gm thick poha (washed)
1 tbs oil
25 gm cashews
25 gm peanuts
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small potato (cut into small cubes)
1/4 cup carrot (chopped)
1/4 cup beans (chopped)
1 tsp sugar
salt
Method of Easy vegetable Poha Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cashews till color changes. Take out and then fry the peanuts. Keep aside.
Add cumin seeds and fry for 30 sec. Add onion and fry till color changes. Now add potatoes, carrot and
beans. Fry for 2 mins. Add turmeric powder and fry for 1 minute. Cover and cook for 2 mins on medium heat.
Now add washed poha, fried nuts, salt and sugar. Mix everything well.
