Описание: so a last minuet booking on my local park lake paid off (Fairlands Valley Park Stevenage)with grate rewards, the start was slow and i almost thought i had made a bad decision due to the storm, high winds and cold conditions. with only 1 carp and getting hammered by bream in 24 hours I thought a move was on the cards, so i up sticks and lumped all my gear round from swim 21 (cap park corner) to swim 1 (water fall) in the middle of the night. But like they say 20 min in the right spot is better than 24 hours in the wrong spot.
I did not need to use a lot of bait as there had been so much bait put in over the weekend and the carp had not been feeding. After about 30 min to 1 hour the move really starts to pay of, and i even smash my PB not only with a big carp but a freshly transferred (3 weeks ago) Pristine commons and i just had to be the first to catch her she is an absolute Beaut not a scale out of place.
