In this tutorial, you will create a sun catcher/stained glass window using tissue paper, glue, and construction paper. All ability levels are welcome.
Needed art materials are:
One piece of black construction paper (the bigger the better)
3 sheets of copy paper
Colored tissue paper
Scissors or an Exacto knife
Pencil
Ballpoint pen
Glue stick
