Ingredients:
• 200 g bread flour
• 3 g yeast
• 20 g sugar
• 3 g salt
• 1 medium egg
• 35 ml cold milk
• 35 ml cold water
• 20 g unsalted butter (softened)

Filling:
• Mini sausages

Topping:
• Sesame seeds

Baking:
• Bake at 180°C / 356°F
• 18–20 minutes until golden and fluffy
