Описание: Welcome back to my YouTube channel Everyone ❤️ in today’s video. I am making a general tso chicken dish. However I am going to be seasoning my chicken with the Jamaican style jerk seasoning, hot and spicy. I was so tired of ordering general tso from the Chinese restaurant and asking for extra spicy and it comes just sweet so I decided to try it out myself at home. This is my first time and I will honestly rate it a 9 out of 10 just because it was burning me up a little bit and could gave been sweeter. I hope you enjoy this video and below. Chicken:
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of chicken broth
Pink salt
Black pepper
Garlic and herb seasoning
Thyme
Paprika
TBSP of Jamaican style jerk seasoning
Place chicken in the refrigerator for about an hour.

As you can see in the video I cooked my chicken in the air fryer. This was a mini air fryer and you can cook it for about 10 to 12 minutes. Also, you can take it out at the six minute mark and flip them over or shake the chicken around.

Sauce:
1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of hoisin sauce
1/2 cup or 3/4 cup of sugar/brown sugar
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
Red chili flakes or crush red pepper
