Описание: Rewarding memorization is not the most effective way to prepare the next generation of nurses for dealing with high-stakes situation. Simulation and concept-based learning provide valuable experience and a smoother path to mastery over core ideas. Assessments should also factor in essential aspects of the profession including clinical reasoning, communication and teamwork. Dr. Juliet Kolde, with over 25 years of experience in critical care, pediatrics, and community health, currently leads Nightingale Innovations, Nightingale Education Group. She is committed to advancing nursing knowledge and promoting diversity and inclusion. Dr. Kolde is a member of the National League for Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau.
