Our highly flexible RoboSONIC Batch machine uses ultrasonic cutting technology and a 6-axis robot to accurately portion traybake, round and loaf products according to your specifications.
This video was taken at one of our customer's sites with their products being cut during commissioning of their new machine.
They manufacture a wide range of products which require portioning at various temperatures between ambient and frozen. As you can see, the RoboSONIC Batch slices them with ease, producing a clean consistent cut.
