Not all people with BPD are the same, Many recover, fully. That means no "disability" or management. Many people with Codependency can also recover and don't have to be "forever working that recovery" at all. What is healed is released and transformed. What is suppressed keeps coming back up. Trolls have tried to effect me, many times, online. I'm not going to be passive with that anymore.
Be yourself, wherever you are on whatever journey you are on and don't let anyone gaslight you into saying that they know what they cannot know about you. Know yourself.
