The heart of our trumpets is the One Piece Leadpipe with Integral Threaded Receiver.
This is not a gimmick, this is real high tech that makes the horn play incredibly stable and fast responding.
Making such a leadpipe is a real challenge: special tools and techniques have been developed and hundreds of experiments conducted to get to a level of perfection simply unheard of in this field.
Skilled hands and CNC precision can produce incredibly consistent leadpipes that allowed us to conduct hundreds of experiments with various parameters like the length of the leadpipe, it's internal profile, the wall thickness, the throat, the gap level, the distance between the end of the tuning slide legs and the leadpipe itself and many more.
The cool thing about this process is that once you decide what's the perfect recipe for the horn you can replicate it over and over with a 100% consistency rate.
