The Strat
Focus Energy on turn 1.
Horn Leech 3 times to charge up your tera orb. (Use Hron Leech to heal when needed throughout the battle).
By this time, Ting-Lu should have reset your stats for the first time.
Swords Dance 3 times to max out your attack by +6.
Next, use an Attack Cheer.
Tera grass and use Ivy Cudgel til you get the K.O.
(Depending on how much stacks of metronome you have or crits you land at the beginning during setup, you may be able to take out Ting-Lu with one big hit).
