So in this video I want to tell you things to know before going to Thailand, and before visiting Chiang Mai, my adopted home town. I hope my good-natured rant will help you prepare well before visiting or retiring in Thailand or Chiang Mai. That includes what to bring, what to expect and how to stay safe.
