This crispy, spicy karipatta/curry leaves podi chutney is packed with antioxidants, immunity-boosting garlic, and protein-rich dals—and it stays fresh for 15-20 days in the fridge!
✨ Ingredients:
– 3 tbsp urad dal
– 3 tbsp chana dal
– 15 red chillies
– 1 tsp cumin & coriander seeds
– Tamarind (cherry size)
– 10 garlic cloves
– 2 cups curry leaves (kadhipatta)
– Salt + Oil
How to make:
Roast dals, spices, and chillies in oil.
Sauté garlic till golden.
Roast curry leaves till crisp.
Blend it all dry—no water!
And you’re done. This goes with everything—rice, idlis, dosas, rotis, or even sandwiches!
