Today I’m sharing my traditional Dry Fruit Wheat Flour Ladoo recipe, also known as Gond ke Ladoo. These ladoos are made with atta (wheat flour), mixed dry fruits, edible gond, desi ghee, and powdered sugar, making them a perfect winter special sweet.
This recipe is:

📝 Ingredients:
• 3 cups wheat flour (atta)
• 1 cup almonds
• 1 cup cashews
• 1 cup pistachios
• 1 cup walnuts
• ½ cup edible gond
• Desi ghee (as required)
• 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
• 1 cup powdered sugar
🥣 Method:
1. Heat desi ghee and fry each dry fruit and gond separately.
2. Grind all fried dry fruits and gond coarsely.
3. In the same pan, add desi ghee and roast wheat flour until golden brown and aromatic.
4. Add ground dry fruits, gond, and cardamom powder.
5. Mix well and add powdered sugar.
6. Cook for a few minutes, turn off flame, slightly cool, and shape into ladoos.
Perfect for winter diet, postpartum care, immunity boosting, and healthy weight gain.
