🔴 LIVE Eastern Bluebird Nest Cam - Season 3

Описание: Welcome to our live Eastern Bluebird nest cam, where we follow multiple bluebird pairs as they build nests, lay eggs, hatch chicks, and raise their families in a backyard birdhouse!

This is our third season of live streaming bluebird nesting behavior. Over the past two seasons, we’ve experienced both exciting success and heartbreaking loss. While losing these sweet chicks is incredibly difficult, it has taught us so much about the resilience, dedication, and determination bluebirds show as they fight to protect their families—even in the face of serious danger.

Through these experiences, we’ve also learned ways we can help protect these precious lives as they begin their journey.


🛡️ Protection Against Predators
• Our birdhouse is mounted 6 feet above the ground, which is 2 feet higher than recommended for added safety
• A new baffle has been installed around the post to prevent predators from climbing
• Vent staples allow airflow while preventing predators from forcing the vent open
• A wire mesh guard protects the entrance hole from predators reaching inside


⚠️ Important Note for Viewers
While we’ve taken steps to protect the nest, we cannot guarantee that predators won’t attempt to disrupt it. Unfortunately, that is nature at work.

We know many viewers become deeply invested in the lives of these beautiful birds and their hatchlings — we do too. While we hope for success with every clutch, we can’t promise that every nesting attempt will end happily.
